Adelaide City Door Company

Adelaide City Door Company was purchased as an ongoing concern in 2007. The company specialises in the repair and installation of industrial and commercial roller doors. It employs four door technicians who operate as a crew of two. The company guarantees its work. Its employees are security checked and hold White Cards.

They are licensed to operate scissor lifts, forklifts and knuckle booms. The company is covered by full public liability insurance. It provides on-site documentation including risk assessments. Adelaide City Door Company repairs, maintains, services and installs commercial, industrial and residential doors.

Deliveries and installations are handled with the same care that customers describe across this Adelaide business, where prompt, friendly help recurs as the dominant theme. Michael is singled out for talking a customer through a repair to a panel roller door by telephone, an effort described as patient and first rate, while a separate account records a problem resolved the same way at no charge. The technicians are consistently described as friendly and the response as fast, with nothing proving too much trouble.

Fair charging comes up repeatedly, with rates called reasonable and the work described as great value, and one customer recalls a part being made available for same day pickup after an error elsewhere had left them stranded. The pattern points to a business dealing in both breakdown repairs and hard-to-source components for roller and panel doors, whose staff are remembered for solving problems quickly over the phone or on site. The strongest constant is the willingness to help when a door fails and a customer needs it working again.
