Needed to replace an old roller door on our garage. Found bounceback on google and they organised a quote right away. Great communication throughout the process, and they did a wonderful job on removing the old door and installing the replacement. Our garage is very old and it was not a straightforward job so I commend them for that. Professional, very reasonably priced (best price we received out of 3 different companies), and high quality workmanship. Definitely recommend and would use again.
Awesome service. Really went above and beyond. Other garage door places told us we needed to replace the entire garage door for thousands of dollars. These guys were honest and up front - effected a repair and did it really quickly. The completeness of service was amazing. I ended up deleting all the settings on the door when I tried to pair an incompatible dongle with it and stuffed everything up. The technician called me on a public holiday and walked me through fixing it on the phone! Just next level service!!!
