Yesterday, garage door motor developed a fault, and Earl responded exceptionally quickly. He arranged for a technician to inspect it straight away, who confirmed the fault. As promised, the technician came early the next morning and replaced the motor under warranty, and even paired my existing remotes with the new motor. I must also endorse the high level professionalism of Josh, the technician. Throughout the entire process, Earl and his technician Josh was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. It's reassuring to know there are businesses that genuinely stand behind their workmanship and honour their warranty without any hassle. Excellent customer service, prompt communication, and quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coast to Valley Garage Doors to anyone looking for a reliable garage door company. I recently had a roller door installed on my carport and loved it so much I had another roller door installed on my garage alongside it to replace an older tilt door. I was very impressed with Coast to Valley from the initial contact and measure up. My builder had to finish off a job and they guys came back to remeasure the carport door space to ensure it would be an exact fit.
