In Tullamarine and the wider Melbourne area, Door Image Australia has built a reputation through the experiences of its customers, who consistently highlight the expertise and dedication of George and his team. Various customers describe how long-standing roller door problems that other trades could not diagnose were resolved on the first visit, with the necessary parts on hand.

Several accounts note George by name for his willingness to help, including sourcing and express-posting hard-to-find components such as paired wall switches and remote parts for Merlin and B&D systems. The quality of workmanship stands out, particularly on larger jobs like the installation of four new roller doors on a shed, where the process was described as seamless and the outcome of the highest standard. Communication before and after the job is a point that comes up often, with customers noting they were kept informed throughout and shown clearly how new automation systems operate.

Nathan is named for thorough, patient instruction on a B&D Smart Pro and Secure installation, while Mick is thanked alongside George for his work. Punctuality and speed are recurring themes, with one urgent repair completed in under a day. Pricing is described as fair and competitive, without unnecessary charges, and the team is consistently portrayed as honest, friendly and genuinely invested in solving each customer's problem.
