Door Repairs Brisbane Pty Ltd

Door Repairs Brisbane Pty Ltd is an Australian owned garage door repair company established in 1983. It has been servicing the industry for nearly 30 years. The company services all Brisbane suburbs. Its customers include airports, hospitals, schools, community centres, body corporates, and facility managements. Door Repairs Brisbane has no obligations or affiliations with any manufacturer or door maker.

It recommends having garage doors and automatic openers serviced at least once every 12 months. The company offers preventative maintenance contracts. Door Repairs Brisbane provides installation, maintenance, service, and repair of commercial, industrial, and residential roller and garage doors, including motorised and manual doors and gate repairs.

Door Repairs Brisbane Pty Ltd has built a following among property owners and managers across the Brisbane area who value reliability, honesty and careful workmanship on garage doors, gates and roller doors. Customers writing about their orders describe using the company for routine six-monthly servicing of commercial premises, and a recurring theme is that bookings are made proactively rather than left to the client to chase.

The approach to repairs draws repeated praise: technicians assess whether a door can be fixed rather than replaced, explain what they find, and carry out the work only when genuinely needed. One customer notes a garage door was repaired instead of sold a replacement, then replaced three years later when it finally gave out. Reviewers repeatedly mention the franchise's office coordinator, Natalie, whose prompt updates and phone manner are singled out alongside the technicians for professionalism.

Quotes are described as fair, in one case lower than competitors' pricing, and jobs are completed promptly, including a church roller door replacement and a fiddly gate repair. Installers are commended for turning up on schedule and working through poor weather. New doors, replacement springs and general servicing feature throughout the feedback, with tidy results and doors reported as running smoothly afterwards.
