I went as far as typing my details asking for a repair man ! Their response was we are tech people and can not send a repair man!! I then googled garage door repair companies. This company popped up. It was a gift from God himself. I live in NY I spoke with the most kind, generous, supportive man I have ever met. I explained the problem with him and he walked me through the process to fix it !!! Can you imagine? The flashing light stopped, the remotes started working immediately. Everything is perfect!!! I can not thank him enough. I am able to easily access my property. I will be contacting them again this summer to install a newer model garage opener. Thank you, thank you! Your kindness and professionalism were so greatly appreciated. 👵🏻
We received our last of three quotes for security screens & doors yesterday by which time Cameron & his team at East Coast Security had already installed our seciurity window screens & doors adding value to our property. Pricing of each quote was similar but we were so impressed with East Coasts professional hands-on advice & the measuring of our job that we gave them an immediate ok to go ahead. No fuss, great job & sleeping a whole lot better.
Be aware of servicing. Technician advised we required a replacement electric gate motor - charged $256 for this (was quoted $176 for visit which included 30 minutes of service time). We were charged $256 as apparently it took technician 90 minutes to determine this. Feeling very suspicious of this and after reading another google review I then engaged another company who charged $150 and spent less than 30 minutes fixing the gate which now works (it was in contact with our fence which was not allowing it to function properly). They did advise we could need a replacement motor in the future if the gate fails again but so far so good. I raised the fee of $256 with East coast but just got sent a reminder notice to pay the bill. Be aware!
Very professional. Had door arms replaced. Springs were a little loose on first install but they came out the following week and tightened them up. Excellent service in Sunshine Coast area. Highly recommend.
Orders some replacement garage remotes covers from this company from their online store. It was exactly what I wanted. I was searching high and low for the older style covers, and they had them, and for a good price. If I need any more I now know we're to go. Would recommend
March 2023, Our garage door ceased operating correctly and we called East Coast. Inspection revealed our 17 year old door required a replacement motor. We received excellent service from Sean and Laurence who had the job completed and cars secured in just over half an hour. We thank them both for their friendly and very helpful approach. Strongly recommended.
We required a new garage door following storm damage. Contacted from the web 3 well know suppliers on the Sunshine Coast and one smaller local firm. The local phoned and said he would call next week, never heard fro him again. One of the top 3 suppliers no response and the other a phone call saying it had been referred to sales, again no response. East Coast responded, came to quote when agreed on and completed the job earlier than expected. All staff and the installer pleasant, and job is great. Well done for the excellent service and door
