Several reviewers say they chose the company on the strength of its existing reviews before returning as repeat customers themselves.

It was an absolutely five-star experience from start to finish from Eastern Garage Doors. The entire process—from the initial quote to the installation of the Merlin garage door opener today—was smooth and professional. A big thank you to Joe for the excellent installation and to the admin team for organising everything so efficiently. Highly recommended!
Dealing with Eastern Garage Doors was just a breeze. We needed a new garage door motor and sliding gate motor. Price was good, but their service was sensational, communication spot on, and arrived when they said they would. Warranties lodged with manufacturer for us. Hard to find such exceptional service these days.
Excellent service from everyone at Eastern Garage doors. My door was installed today and I’m very happy with the result and the entire process.
So good. My roller door was noisy & clunking up & down. It's now the quitest & smoothest operation its ever been. Competent skilled staff member who knows what he's doing Highly recommended.
The team at Eastern Garage Doors helped us with installing a new roller door and opener. The service was great from the initial quote to installation process. We are very pleased and would highly recommend to others.
Joe and Tom replaced the broken springs on our apartment block basement garage door. They arrived on time, were very cognisant of residents needing to exit their vehicles and serviced the door system. They spotted 2 broken hinges and fortunately had them on-hand and replaced the broken hinges at the same time. All in all an excellent cost effective outcome. We have used EGD experienced staff previously and will continue to do so moving forwards
A truly fantastic company to deal with. Extremely happy with the communication. I changed my mind about what I wanted at the last minute and they immediately assured me that it could be done. Cameron and fellow technician did a remarkable job.
