Express Garage Doors - Garage Door Repairs Brisbane & Gold Coast

This guys were amazing in my situation, they turned up early and within the hour for making the booking. The assistance offered after-hours was effective and well priced. The quote for repairs was provided on the night and is also well priced and more than reasonable for the work needed. Highly recommend 👌

Exceptional service from Sam and the team. They were fast to respond when we were concerned that the door would not close at night. Cable repairs and spring replacements, and a full service. They worked until the door was safe, secure and running smoother than it has in years. Great explanations on the issues and polite, honest service. Our thanks to you both.

If I could give this mob zero stars I would! Got them to come in and do a service. The guy said one of my Springs was crooked and he couldn't straighten it and tried to upsell me on replacement Springs. Was quite pushy. Funny part was I have greased my Springs before and never noted that it was crooked. I said no to the springs for financial reasons. Fast forward a few months and the garage door is making bad noise again. Happened to come across an old friend in the business who came to have a look and was totally shocked. He was EASILY able to straighten up the spring, he said that were doing fine. He also noticed the angle brackets on the left and right side were crooked (which contributed to the noise) and straightened them up; this mob didn't even notice it! I sent not one but TWO emails to them to explain, and adding my complaint because I feel I was scammed. They haven't bothered to respond, and judging by other reviews, their overcharging and pressure selling/fear-based marketing is normal. Go elsewhere!

Super helpful getting the limits set on our garage door and came after 5pm to get the job done. Excellent service

This has been the very best installation I have EVER experienced and I cannot recommend Nick enough!! He explained everything for me and did the job very quickly and well - thank you VERY much.

I was so grateful to have same day service. Ben was professional, capable and kind and he fixed the garage door. Thank you.

Samuel from Express Garage Doors did a great job installing 2 new garage door motors. He is super friendly and professional. I just called them yesterday and they have done the work the next day. Highly recommend.
