Exceptional service from Sam and the team. They were fast to respond when we were concerned that the door would not close at night. Cable repairs and spring replacements, and a full service. They worked until the door was safe, secure and running smoother than it has in years. Great explanations on the issues and polite, honest service. Our thanks to you both.
If I could give this mob zero stars I would! Got them to come in and do a service. The guy said one of my Springs was crooked and he couldn't straighten it and tried to upsell me on replacement Springs. Was quite pushy. Funny part was I have greased my Springs before and never noted that it was crooked. I said no to the springs for financial reasons. Fast forward a few months and the garage door is making bad noise again. Happened to come across an old friend in the business who came to have a look and was totally shocked. He was EASILY able to straighten up the spring, he said that were doing fine. He also noticed the angle brackets on the left and right side were crooked (which contributed to the noise) and straightened them up; this mob didn't even notice it! I sent not one but TWO emails to them to explain, and adding my complaint because I feel I was scammed. They haven't bothered to respond, and judging by other reviews, their overcharging and pressure selling/fear-based marketing is normal. Go elsewhere!
