What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Reviewers describe Samuel and Sean each confirming pricing with the customer before starting work, whether that meant a motor swap on an old automated door or converting an unsecured old roller door into an automated one within the hour after a break-in. Samuel is also credited with servicing a commercial roller door that other technicians had been unable to resolve. Danny is mentioned for patient, explanatory service on a separate job.

Sean was great to deal with. He is very patience with all my questions and promptly replaced my aging garage door opener which is making alot of noises. He offered a good price, completed the installation and walked me through the operation of the new opener. Would recommend!
Samuel was soooo helpful and kind - made everything look so easy! I was so stressed about my garage door not being secure because I was robbed the night before and it is such an old roller I didn’t think it could be automated. But I was fortunately wrong. I expressed my urgency and he was here and everything was done within the hour. Very greatful for his services and a good chat!!
Thanks Sean for advising me on my door. Even though my job could not be done due to age of door, your service was impeccable.
Grsat service provided from garage door pros! Samuel was prompt, professional and xlear with comunication. Left the place spotless and very efficient with timing. Would recomend him to friends and family for sure. Thanks again samuel!
My garage door was acting up, so I found this company on Google and gave them a call. They sent Samuel over to check it out. He got the door working again in no time. Samuel also recommended a service for the door and made sure I was OK with the $484 price before starting. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, and now the door's running smoothly. One thing I'd suggest is adding contactless payment options—it'd be easier than doing EFT. Overall, I'm very happy my door's back in action and would happily recommend this business to others.
Samuel came and serviced our commercial roller door. He was prompt and professional. We have had other technicians come and have a look with no luck and he got the job done with ease. Legends of a bloke and great company to deal with. Cheers mate!
Samuel was very professional and friendly and tackled a challenging repair in our door. Thanks again would highly recommend his services.
