I had an incredible experience with this team and cannot recommend them highly enough! First, a massive shoutout to Jason who organized the booking. I feel like the organizers behind the scenes don't always get enough credit, but Jason was fantastic. He arranged a speedy same-day service and gave me a clear ETA. True to Jason's word, the technician, Matt, showed up exactly 30 minutes later. Matt was highly professional and very quickly figured out the issue with our old motor. He recommended a Merlin replacement, and the total cost came in at under $1,000, which was very fair. During the installation, Matt ran into some unexpected challenges with our ceiling that extended the job time. Despite the extra effort and time it took, they stuck strictly to the original agreed price with zero hidden fees. Matt even took the time to do a quick inspection and general servicing of the physical garage door before he left. Overall: Great communication, incredibly speedy response, solid workmanship, and fully transparent, fair pricing. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs!

There was no call-out fee, parts fee, or hidden costs that weren't disclosed on the first call. They didn't even hesitate to share helpful maintenance tips. Awesome friendly service and great price! 100% recommend!! Spoke with Melissa yesterday afternoon and sent her a couple of photos of our set-up, she then organised Matt to come out first thing this morning to assist us. Matt was ready to go at our booked time and (despite the pouring rain!) had replaced our broken electric door springs in under an hour. Excellent service and communication. All staff are very pleasant and likeable. The price was under what I anticipated. The fact that they have an actual address helped make my decision. With trades often not having a 'front door', ABN and rely only on mobile phones as point of contact, there is little accountability when things go south. As I have been in that position previously, I find this business refreshing. Keep up the good work gents...and Melissa.
