Gold Coast Door Centre

Had a very disappointing experience with Gold Coast Door Centre. Remove and install of 2 garage doors plus remotes. New remote hardly works with existing front gate to which GCDC have no response. Wouldn’t recommend. Edit to reply to your response: incorrect on multiple fronts and I have the email chain to prove that you never replied or followed up. Your ‘technician’ (as noted in several other reviews) does not make appointments, does not call before coming and leaves immediately. Horrible service and I would suggest you check your emails to see how you left it after promising to assist with a solution. You would also note from original correspondence that you did not explain the remotes and receivers integration issues. Unprofessional.

Gold Coast Door Centre provide amazing service and are very easy to communicate with. Craig is very knowledgeable and efficient with his workmanship and recommendations. He went above and beyond to provide extra service and maintenance that others may overlook. A great choice to have your garage door serviced or replaced by Gold Coast Door Centre. Not happy !!! I had a new garage door put on in October last year. The side panel came off in the wind in January, which I had to wait for this side panel with multiple calls originally to be put on back in October also. Since it came off I have spoken to Chris multiple times again since then and continuously told the new part will be ready next week, then told it is ready but needs to be picked up from Coomera and will be picked up at the end of the week. It has now been 2 months and still nothing. Very poor communication and service by this company to complete a service I have paid for.

Craig was fantastic! Fast, polite and right on time. The price was really competitive too, especially compared to other companies who couldn’t even get anyone out in a reasonable timeframe. So glad I went with Gold Coast Door Centre, highly recommend!

Gold Coast Door Centre recently come onsite to my home to service my door as I was having issues. I can not speak highly enough of the service I received. They called prior to arriving at their estimated time and solved the problem hassle free. Craig is an excellent technician and representative of the business! Would rate 10 stars if possible!!

After my dad had a great experience with GCDC, I called up to ask if they could service/repair our shop entrance doors but unfortunately they don't. But Jeanette was amazingly so friendly and helpful in giving me tips on how to help with the squeaky tracks! Thoroughly astounded at how she took the time to explain it to me even though I wouldn't be able to take on their services. Definitely keeping their number in my pocket for the future! Thank you!!
