Based on genuine customer reviews
Melbourne reviewers describe a technician attending on a Sunday as agreed and returning the next day to replace a broken tension spring, with notice given before arrival both times. A detached wall-mounted spring mechanism was repaired for well below the price quoted by other companies contacted first, and a door that would only open halfway was fixed after larger competitors and warehouses failed to respond to calls. One reviewer describes a midnight callout as unusually helpful for the hour.

The first company responded very quickly and sent technician to fix our garage door. Excellent service. Thanks again for your assistance. 5 star!!! BUT..... After few days headache started. The guy back to me and said you need to change motor, it's too weak for this new spring. 1K-price. Shocking!!! 9 months we struggled with this terrible job and finally called to another company for free assessment. Proble was with spring tension what your guy did not do properly. Unprofessional servise form your company makes us very unhappy. Never recommend you to anybody!!!
I had an excellent experience with this garage repair company! The staff was polite, efficient, and professional, and the place was clean after the service. Their prices are very reasonable, and I highly recommend them. However, I'm puzzled by why other repair companies charge a call-out fee of $280+ when I provided detailed specifications and photos of the door. The job involved basic springs and cables replacement, so they should be able to quote instantly.
We - 16 residents of 79 Ann Street - are very grateful for your company management for responding to our enquiry in a speedy way. Garage door open/close system is working now. Special thanks for your very professional employee. Eddie is the best from all our maintenance technicians. Once again Eddie, Thank You Very Much!!!
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! They went above and beyond for me today, amazing response time, squeezing us in and staying back quite late tonight to make sure they got the job done! Very good communication through the day about time of arrival too. Overall 10/10 service!
Best door services. They came to my house at midnight and was very helpful and kind. I really appreciate their help
IronLift was a good choice for my door opener supply and instal. Friendly service, on-time arrival, reasonable price.
Just had my garage roller door repaired by a wonderful technician sent by Garage Technology Access. I’m extremely grateful that they were able to send someone out within 30mins of me calling them. He was a fantastic technician, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and repaired the damage fairly quickly. The cost of the repair was very competitive and very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be calling them again if my garage door needs any further repairs.
