Jims Garage Doors Melbourne

The mechanic was very professional, efficient and on time. I will certainly call them again.

Excellent service from Jim’s Garage Doors. I contacted them regarding my garage door and was impressed from the very beginning. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Mick completed the work and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed efficiently. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim’s Garage Doors to family and friends. Thank you to Mick and the entire team for a great experience.

Mike came and installed a motor on a very old garage! He was so lovely to deal with, explained everything and achieved such a great result on a door I thought was at the end of its life! The door opens so easily now and has given the home a huge improvement ☺️

Had Mike from Jim’s Garage Doors out after one of my son’s mates pulled the garage door a bit too hard and… well, snapped it. It turned out to be quite a big job, so we did it in two stages. What really stood out was the second stage — it ended up needing attention sooner than expected and Mike came straight back without hesitation. That immediate response was hugely appreciated, especially as I use my garage as my office. From the start, he was on time, no drama, and explained everything in plain English. No overcomplicating it — just got stuck in and did it properly. Proper repair too — not one of those “that’ll hold for now” jobs. You can tell he takes pride in doing it right the first time. Door’s now running smooth, quiet, and feels like it should’ve from day one. If you want someone who just gets in, knows what they’re doing, and sorts it properly — Mike’s your guy.

Mike came out at 9pm to repair my door. He ended up having to remove the whole door and managed to repair it and refit it in the matter of a few hours on a late evening and was very reasonably priced, I CANNOT thank Jim's Garage Doors enough for getting my garage door safe, secure, and operating! I recommend them to anybody who needs a repair!!

Mike is a miracle worker. He came and fixed my (very broken) garage door late on a Sunday evening. Super knowledgeable and friendly – would recommend!

Fantastic and knowledgeable service. The men came out within 24 hours and did a great job.
