I have had Tom and his crew do roller doors for me and I needed a new motor for 1 today and Tom had 1 for me straight away. I have allways found his service great and his prices good and he is allways on time and respectful. And his crew get in and get job done quickly and done well. Can't thank him and his crew enough and recommend him to anyone needed a new door supplied and fitted.

Disappointed and couldnt care less about an emergency situation and disrespectful manner in a phone call to Tom, I explained roller door wouldn't close down n needed help straight away, I was very worried n stressed and cannot believe Toms attitude, as to leave the door up due to young juveniles roaming streets at night. I was not happy at all. He did not provide a service at all. I did phone back to cancel his service call. He turned up Monday. I told him it was fixed as I had found another roller door company straight away and the guy was wonderful and honest n explained the problems to me. So Tom I have found to very rude and his reaction to a emergency situation non responsive.
