Tom came by and successfully setup everything and took time to show us how to configure and setup other users and Siri so we can open our garage from in the car!! Garage door serviced by Tyler, he sent a message to say he was on his way and he was on time. He was professional, courtesy and a good communicator. Didn’t rush his work. Outstanding service from true professionals. A rarity these days on the Gold Coast. A big shout out to David and his colleague Charlie who installed the garage door with the upmost care and attention to detail. The original installation was incorrect and dangerous. David was quick to see the fault and rectify it. David & Chalrie then had to re-spec on site the whole fitting of the garage door. All communication with David was clear & professional. They never complained. Just persevered until it was correctly installed. The new garage door is silent & smooth. This in itself is amazing as it was always noisy. We can't thank them enough. Purple Patch Doors will give you back your faith in believing that a company will provide the best service and in a friendly but professional manner.
