If you need the best, then these guys are the ones to call. We knew from a previous install that we could rely on their professional process, excellent communication and very fair quotes. It was just so easy and the entire process with this company is amazing. The Remote a Door team worked so hard to accommodate us with dates to work with a tricky ceiling repair where the team had to attend twice in a day to remove a roller door, then put it back up later. The team did the first part the job seamlessly, and the unexpected happened but the team just took it in their stride and helped us out. This is where the Remote a Door team shone and we were so happy we had gone with them. They doubled back in heavy traffic to get back to the site and did some additional and unplanned work to keep the job with other tradies moving. Total stars! In a stressful situation these guys sorted us out and with a smile. It felt like this company really worked WITH us as part of a team. Later when the second part, the refit was done, the Remote a Door did an awesome job with two very old doors to run quietly and smoothly, and we could not be more grateful. We thank the entire team, from the office staff Katie, Victoria, Alison, and the two guys today Josh and Jayden who kept us up to date with text messages, flexibility and even live tracking so everything could be done smoothly.
