This business never returns calls. Despite repeated attempts via phone, email and web query over several months with regards to questions on their doors or a quote request continually told that somebody will call back which never happens. Obviously not interested in the business.
Poor quality product and installation. New garage installed and stopped working after two months of install. Never recommend.
Fantastic service - 10/10 -John came out fixed the issue fast and efficiently - an asset to the business- cant recommend more highly - great service from beginning to end !
If I could give Steeline -10 I would !! Can’t contact them to discuss huge problem with their product still under warranty …. We have a Steeline garage opener installed by our builder 1.5 years ago - NOW COMPLETELY BROKEN and no-one to contact to arrange repair. Never before have I experienced such shoddy equipment to basically give up working within the timeframe it’s been used- first the opener stopped accepting remotes then also the door opener and now completely stopped working - all within 24hrs. Have been told by a technition that it needs replacing costing me nearly $1000 for a unit less than 2years old - I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Sarah was absolutely beautiful on the phone and sent Jim out straight away to fix our garage, great service, can highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage or maintenance. Jim did a great job on our garage door installing a kit to keep out the wind and insects. He also attended to a loose bracket. Jim also returned the following day to tidy up some marks on the wall. I highly recommend Jim and his company.
