Rick was fantastic - helped me program the new remote, erase the old remotes , and reconnect all of the remotes without any hassle.. He really went above and beyond to make sure it all worked perfectly. I truly appreciated his time patience and willingness to help especially since I am not very tech -savvy. Highly recommend The Garage guys for their outstanding service and willingness definitely will book them for the garage service in the near future
While work on site was great, the office staff are appalling. I received a barrage of abusive texts, WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, from multiple phone numbers, swearing, abuse and name calling. Really not ok. Have lodged NSW Fair Trading complaint
Had a great experience with The Garage Guys for a full spring and motor replacement. Egor was the technician assigned to the job, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time and was absolutely professional from start to finish and did an amazing job. He even took the time to show me how the new motor works and kept everything clean. Great pricing and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for reliable and honest service!
Called the 1300 number, left msg and got a call back. Sent pictures as requested and was told he had sent these to his technician and that he would come back to me.. Followed up 24 hours later via text, as well as calling again. No response. Poor customer service.
I highly recommend!!!. Fast efficient and very trustworthy. I was not able to be home when I needed the garage door fixed and they were able to attend and fix it with no fuss. If you need the job done properly this organisation is your best choice
