Calling myself a "damsel in distress" would be putting it mildly. One of the two arms on our garage door had bent, leaving the heavy door completely inoperable. After reading a mixture of reviews I was a little hesitant, but with no way of opening the garage, I decided to call AGG Doors. The garage was my husband's sanctuary -his workshop, his retreat, his domain. After 4 weeks of waiting and hoping the problem would somehow resolve itself(wishful thinking!), it became obvious that someone had to take charge. So, I did. From my very first conversation with Dev, I felt reassured. She asked me to send photos of the damaged arms and motor, immediately understood the urgency, and quickly set the wheels in motion. Patrick and Cody arrived to inspect the damage and from the moment they walked through the gate, they were courteous, professional, patient and genuinely helpful. I'll admit I nearly fell off my chair when I received the quote but quality workmanship isn't cheap and this wasn't a job for shortcuts. What impressed me most wasn't the repair itself--it was the people. Dev coordinated everything with patience and efficiency, while Patrick and Cody went well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They helped clear the garage before they started work, despite it not being part of their job. That level of care is becoming all too rare these days! The repair was completed, the garage door is operating again. So, to Dev, Patrick and Cody-thank you. You didn't just fix a garage door; you restored my sanity! And as for the damsel in distress? She has officially retired. She's now one very happy damsel.... with a husband happy in his mancave!!!
Thanks Nick F! Friendly, informative, got the job done. From booking to arrival - less than 48 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience in resolving what turned out to be three issues with my 30 year-old roller door. Explained as you went with the first two issues including the risk if tightening the springs was unsuccessful. The final hurdle was the old wall unit, at 30 years old and as you explain never rated for outdoor use it’s a miracle it lasted as long as it did. New unit installed, and had all the parts with you, and was able to install one that was Bluetooth ready, should I want go down that path. You were also kind enough to identify that there was an issue with the length of the locking bolt and the noise of the door action. Both both resolved on the spot. I was recommended your business by a long-term customer of over 20 years, I’ve just messaged her this morning to say I owe her a bottle of bubbles for such a fantastic recommendation. Five stars would recommend to everyone.

A little while later they get in touch to let us know they will be replacing the door. Now replaced.
