B&D Garage Doors

B&D Garage Doors is a division of B&D Australia Pty Ltd and has been in business for over 80 years. The company invented the Roll-A-Door in 1956, released world-first Multi Frequency remotes in 2008, and was first to market with Smart Phone Control in 2014. It introduced the first Mobile Garage Door Showroom, B&D To You, and invented the first-ever AUTO LOCK, a keyless heavy-duty locking bolt that automatically engages when the garage door is closed. B&D offers an industry-leading 10-year Total Confidence Warranty and has an Australia-wide network of B&D Accredited dealers.

All B&D Accredited dealers undergo extensive training in installation and maintenance procedures, product knowledge and customer service. B&D garage doors are Australian-made. B&D produces roller doors and sectional doors. B&D does not produce or install tilt doors. B&D's automated garage doors include an automatic reversal system in the motor. B&D's wireless safety beams use infrared motion detection to stop the door from closing if they detect something in its path. B&D's Smart Phone app allows connectivity with multiple devices and alerts if the door is left open, operated, or blocked. B&D has dealers and installers throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and greater Queensland.

Reviewers of this Brisbane branch describe phone-based troubleshooting for smart hub and app login problems, with Joanne named repeatedly for patiently working through reconnection steps that a local servicing company had been unable to resolve. Vicky is credited with showing a customer how to reprogram an existing remote pad rather than replace it, saving the cost of a new unit. Belle and Abigail are also mentioned for calm, clear guidance during a frustrating hot-garage lockout.
