Knowledgable about the product and was able to problem solve potential causes for the autolock error which was more knowledgable than the "on the ground" local servicing company. Appreciated the advice and plan for a potential fix. Hopefully it works.

Warranty covers nothing.. wire corroded completely after 2 years and $1200 later not covered by warranty. Stay clear.
I had a technical issue with my ATA app and login. exacerbated by the power going off and me loosing my login details. Joanne was happy to help and very professionally guided me through every step to get my app and remote working again. Very amazing customer service.
We have a B and D remote which has a worn out pad and we thought it needed replacing. I contacted B and D by phone and thanks to the support and advice from Vicky, we found out we could reprogram another pad on the existing remote giving it an extended life and a saving to our pockets. Vicky was so helpful and talked us through it over the phone. Thankyou Vicky.
