My smart hub was not working I rang up B&D technical support and they refer me to door image they send technicians twice and they still can not fix the problems even spending hours to do it. but they still charged me . Today I rang B&D support and I was refer to technician Joanne. She was very knowledgeable and knows product .she was very friendly and very patient . On the phone she guided me step by step to set the app and got it working.she got it done in less than 10 minutes.thank you very Joanne you are amazing!

I spoke to Belle today, with a problem pairing remote controls to my 8 year old B&D garage motors. She was most helpful and patient with me. I will now be able to buy the correct remote for the doors. She even gave me a reference number to refer to with future enquiries.Thank you so much. Great customer service.
Excellent service from Maria and the team. My call was answered straight away with no wait time. Placed an order for a single panel and it's been 3 months and I still haven't recieved it. This is by far the longest any supplier has taken to supply a panel. When I call the support team they are extremely unhelpful. Absolutely shocking
