I needed replacement rollers for the sliding windows on my food van’s fridge. As soon as I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the lovely lady at the front desk. After I explained what I needed and showed her a photo of the existing rollers, she went straight out the back and returned within a minute with exactly the right parts. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful – real service with a smile. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but I want to say a big thank you! This is how customer service should be done. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone needing parts or accessories.

Couldn’t be happier with my recent experience. Tessa is so great to deal with, helpful and reliable, quick response time and was available for all questions etc. My shower door was ordered and fitted within a few weeks from first contact. Not sure on the name of my installer but he was great! Quick professional and even offered to clean up afterwards! Thanks Bradnams!
