Jonathan came out today to fix a garage door spring that broke over night. His work was thorough, and he spent the time explaining what had happened and what he was doing to fix it. The price up front was also really appreciated, as there was no shock at the end of the work. Would 100% have him, and Express Garage Doors, do work for me again in future.

Same day service and Danny arrived ahead of time to replace (broken) springs, replace worn cables and service the garage door. Came across as friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. No issues with workmanship, and happy to recommend. Good job.

Unbelievable service, despite not having the right part, the service technician committed to getting the part for us and fixing our garage door the same day… he was still there working at 9.30pm on Sunday night.
