Thank you to Paul and the team at Oxley Garages. Our double remote panel lift door was stuck with cables coming out of their place. Of course this happened on a Friday :( They arranged a service team to come to our house that afternono, fixed the issue and did some preventative maintenance while on the job. I highly recommend this business for all of your garage related needs.

Thanks to Paul and the team for their prompt assistance with my garage door emergency! Dan arrived within the hour of my call and what I thought would take many hours was fixed within the hour! And at a very reasonable price too. We have used Oxley Garages for many years now and highly recommend them to anyone.

Over Easter 2023 we had an Uber driver turn our driveway into a drive thru and damaged our garage door and fence. Paul came out and did the initial quote promptly. The insurer held us up for a bit but once they paid the claim we paid Oxley in full Took about 4 weeks for the door to arrive which was fine, post covid everything is taking time. As soon as it came in I got a call to arrange the install of a new door and repair of the frame work that was damaged. Oxley also fixed the fence panels that got damaged in the accident. All good very happy with the way the door looks and time will tell about how it rolls up and down. * had a bit of a sticky point in the door a week or so after installation, messaged Oxley and was super impressed they were here same day to sort it out. Just needed a piece of rubber trimmed and a spacer on the new steel post. Highly recommend.

We had our garage door installed recently, the install guys were friendly and really lovely, they did a great job. However, the customer service and communication before they arrived was horrible. I had to chase everything up constantly, then lockdown happened the day before install was meant to happen, they didn’t bother calling me and letting me know if it was still going ahead or not. I called and emailed all afternoon but no reply. Todd called me the morning of at 7:30am, as it was early I was asleep. I called when I woke and he was so rude to me, basically saying it was my fault his install guys were just hanging around in the area waiting for a reply. From the very first interaction he was rude. Really let the company down to be honest. The door looks good but I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be spoken to like you’re less than.
