After spending many hours trying to setup the SmartPhone kit on my door I gave up and called Purple Patch doors. Tom came by and successfully setup everything and took time to show us how to configure and setup other users and Siri so we can open our garage from in the car!! Well done Purple Patch, awesome service. 6 stars if I could.
Garage door serviced by Tyler, he sent a message to say he was on his way and he was on time. He was professional, courtesy and a good communicator. Didn’t rush his work. He answered my questions and gave suggestions for what we could do for our garage door. Well done Tyler of Purple Patch / B&D GD Gold Coast

Tom was fantastic—great service and super knowledgeable. He even arrived 10 minutes early, which is rare, especially compared to my usual experience with trades on the Gold Coast who often don’t show up or try to mess you around. The team at Patch Doors are sensational.
Luke was exceptional. Previously we were informed by a young technician we could not have automatic door openers on our garage. Luke problem solved the issue and we are now enjoying automatic door openers. Thanks Luke, great ambassador for your employer, highly recommended.
From the first point of contact with Purple Patch to the completed installation absolutely every part of the process was outstanding & 5 star exceptional service. Charlie & Dave did an outstanding job installing our new garage door .. Quality is fantastic & we are completely satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommend Purple Patch to anyone looking for exceptional service, going above & beyond at all times with an outstanding quality garage door.
Outstanding service from true professionals. A rarity these days on the Gold Coast. A big shout out to David and his colleague Charlie who installed the garage door with the upmost care and attention to detail. The original installation was incorrect and dangerous. David was quick to see the fault and rectify it. David & Chalrie then had to re-spec on site the whole fitting of the garage door. All communication with David was clear & professional. They never complained. Just persevered until it was correctly installed. The new garage door is silent & smooth. This in itself is amazing as it was always noisy. We can't thank them enough. Purple Patch Doors will give you back your faith in believing that a company will provide the best service and in a friendly but professional manner.
