Roller Door Repairs handles repair and replacement work on roller doors and their motors, with Mark named in almost every account and his offsider frequently mentioned alongside him. Customers describe rapid response, often the same day or within a day of the first call, including one instance where a door that had fallen apart was attended early the following morning. Reviews regularly refer to that Mark explains the fault, shows where the damage is and discusses whether a part can be repaired or needs replacing, as happened with a lock, arms and an older remote opening unit.

The work itself is described as thorough and efficient, with new motors reported to run more smoothly and quietly than the originals. Fair, reasonable pricing comes up often, as does the care taken to leave a site tidy after a job. Several customers note that questions are answered quickly after the work is done, and one long-standing client mentions ongoing support across years of use. Friendliness and a willingness to help, particularly for an elderly client's property, are part of what reviewers highlight.
