Sparrow Garage Doors

Sparrow Garage Doors is a family-owned and operated business based in East Brisbane. The company has over 20 years on the tools. Every job is run by one of two managers who together have over 13 years of hands-on garage door experience. Sparrow Garage Doors is fully insured, and every job is backed by a workmanship guarantee in writing. The company uses BlueScope Steel doors, reinforced nylon hinges and Australian-made sectional panel lines.

Every install and repair is handled in-house by the company's own technicians, with no subcontractors or national call centres. The company serves the Greater Brisbane area, including Inner Brisbane, Brisbane North, Brisbane South, Brisbane East & Bayside, Brisbane West, Moreton Bay, Logan and Ipswich. Services include new garage doors, same-day repairs, automation, and sliding, swing and telescopic gates.

Garage door installation and repair work, covering replacement motors, jammed roller doors, panel door replacements, remote programming and emergency call-outs, forms the core of what customers describe. Elisha is named repeatedly across the feedback, and reviewers often highlight his knowledge and willingness to explain how the equipment works, with the useful tips provided singled out as something most owners would not otherwise know.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the speed of response, including a door that had come off its rails being secured within an hour of a call. Various customers describe clear communication from first contact through to completion, with phone guidance solving remote programming issues without a visit. Workmanship is described as thorough and skilful, with motors replaced and doors repaired or manufactured to a standard that left customers satisfied.

Pricing is characterised as fair and reasonable, and quotes are described as prompt. Professionalism on site is noted, along with a polite and easy manner that made the process straightforward. Emergency and after-hours jobs feature in the accounts, as does help with insurance paperwork following an attempted break-in. Organising replacement parts and returning for follow-up work are also mentioned. The feedback centres on dependable installation and repair outcomes delivered with expertise and care.
