Very helpful with an issue of discontinued remotes. They assisted with an upgrade of remote and these devices were put aside so I could walk in and collect them. The devices work perfectly and I was happy with the complete process from phone inquiry to collection.
I found Doug very informative and honest. I was recommended to contact him by some quality home builders who recommended him highly. I got the best price from Kelly garage doors and found installers excellent the way they installed my doors. They cleaned up afterwords the site was cleaner than what it was when they arrived I would highly recommended them was definitely the best coming to get your door done in the whole of geelong thank you to all the team at kdg I really appreciate it and the experience I had with you.
Very poor service and after sales service we had paid for the doors to be battery backup as we have no personal access door into the shed just in case the power goes out so we can still get in, the doors won’t go up when the power goes off I have called numerous times for them to rectify but they just won’t turn up. And not to mention they had to come back out to re install the c channel that the doors run on as they where too tight and not level causing the doors to fowl going up and down, I had called Grifco to come have a look which they came out strait away but they said it was installed wrong, they did come back out after quiet a few phone calls and roughly 2 months later. I would highly recommend not using this company and will not be using in the future
Second build where we’ve used Steel-line and this time for three oversized slimline doors in monument. We couldn’t be happier! Installer was awesome and the whole experience was faultless. Highly recommended.
Super disappointing customer service and would pay to look at previous reviews all with the same issues before engaging in this company. Poor communication, poor lead time and poor installation execution. The actual door frame itself is good, but I wouldn't waste my time and effort in the future as it has impeded in our build schedule.
Deon came to help us with fixing the rear garage door service. He ensured that it was fixed to the best of his ability. He is very friendly and approachable. Did not mind getting his hands dirty and went far and beyond what is expected. Highly recommend these guys overall.
