Contacted Tom Moore & Son because our roller doors were stuffed! The staff was friendly, attentive to my problem and very professional stating they would send someone at a time that would suit me. I chose 2 days time, the operator arrived on time and within 30 minutes had the doors working perfectly once again and for what I thought a reasonable price. Thank you Tom Moore and I highly recommend their services!
The damage (called by a lightning strike) to my door controller was quickly assessed and the quote for replacement and installation arrived in a timely fashion. Once I advised that the quote had been accepted, the new controller was speedily installed. All communications with the company were handled in an a friendly and competent manner and the staff attending to assess and install the new unit were efficient, excellent and answered all my questions. All round a great experience!
Got a double garage doors and 2 motors package. Quote was excellent and went through all my options. Got the quote the next day. Installation was quick and all staff were excellent to deal with. Highly recommended and I have suggested them to people already.
