Toowoomba Automatic Access

Toowoomba Automatic Access is a family owned and operated business. The business has over 30 years experience in the gate industry in the Toowoomba region. It services Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and South West Queensland. It serves residential, commercial and industrial customers. Toowoomba Automatic Access specialises in automatic gates, boom gates and access control systems.

Contact and follow-through are the themes that surface most often in feedback about this Toowoomba automatic access specialist. Praise centres on the owner, Rob, who is described as prompt, knowledgeable and easy to deal with on a range of jobs, including an automatic gate for a business premises, a video intercom at a front gate and a garage door that opens automatically. Several customers note that he communicated well throughout a job and kept them informed, and one mentions a difficult, detailed installation that was worked through to a successful result. Speed also features, with a door problem assessed and repaired within days of the initial visit.

The quality of the finished work and the professionalism and friendliness of those on site are mentioned repeatedly. Alongside this, a recurring concern relates to responsiveness once payment has been made, with reports of calls and messages not being returned when problems or simple questions arise. Delays in receiving quotes are another point raised more than once, and after-sales assistance for a faulty gate keypad was described as difficult to obtain. The work itself, from automatic gates to intercoms and garage door automation, is generally regarded as sound.
