Townsville Garage Doors

Townsville Garage Doors is a garage door business with over 25 years of experience in the industry. It is owned and operated by Michael Cooper, who began in the garage and roller door industry in 1986. The company supplies and installs commercial and residential garage doors in Townsville and surrounding areas, and provides installation, repair, and maintenance services.

It offers a free measure and quote. Roller doors are provided for warehouses, shop fronts, unit complexes, car parks, and office facilities. Automated garage door motors and openers are available for residential and commercial purposes. Products come with full manufacturer's warranties. Townsville Garage Doors has been servicing the Townsville and surrounding area for over 25 years.

Spring and roller door breakdowns dominate the work described in feedback for this Townsville operator, and the recurring theme is how fast a failed door is made to work again. Reviews repeatedly mention same-day responses, with parts sourced and fitted within hours of a first call, and callers being slotted in the very next day even when the schedule was already full. Michael, also referred to as Mick, and Bob are named often for arriving quickly, explaining faults clearly over the phone and leaving doors running smoothly.

Quotes that set out more than one repair option are appreciated, as is the readiness to repair a troublesome existing door rather than push a replacement. Customers note reasonably priced work, straightforward pricing and no complications on new door installations, which are described as looking good once completed. A detail many reviews return to is the willingness to return for a door the business did not originally supply, in one instance at no cost, and to juggle a tight diary for urgent breakdowns. Repeat contact with the same repairers is mentioned by those who have called more than once for springs, roller doors and general fixes.
