Bill is named often, called honest, knowledgeable and pleasant, and several accounts note his willingness to explain product options before any commitment is made. Workmanship is a theme that returns constantly, with window and door installations said to look excellent and to turn patios into areas used all year round. Fair, competitive pricing is regularly paired with fast scheduling, one customer remarking that a door was fitted sooner than anticipated.

Alu-Guard, ALU-GARD 2.0 and Invisi-Gard are the products most often named in feedback for both door and window applications. Friendly service and efficient fitting are acknowledged too, and one account describes help finding a replacement part for a screen door produced roughly twenty years earlier. Patio screening appears as another common request, with the resulting environment valued as a genuine addition to the home. Security screens, doors and windows remain the work most often singled out by those who have engaged the business.
