I had an old Boss Opener on my Steel-line door, decide to spit the chain off after the opener malfunctioned. I knew it wasn’t a DIY fix, so I got in touch with Ethan’s Garage Doors. I didn’t even consider any other company. He was highly rated and trusted for providing an efficient and professional service. I definitely made the right choice. He quickly organised a trip late in the day to assess my opener and suggest the best fix. He gave me a reasonable price for a new Merlin garage door opener and I accepted it. He did offer to fix the old Boss opener but it was 13 years old, so I thought it’d be better to have a new one installed. We were both quite busy, so we agreed to have him and his trusty offsider come Saturday afternoon. He is true to his word with everything, kept me updated regularly and showed up earlier than expected. Since the installation, I have only praise for Ethan’s service.
