Ethan was able to book us in quickly. Communication was great and he gave us sound and reliable advice with our electric garage door issues. Highly recommend!
Fast, efficient and friendly. Great communication. One major bonus, he actually turns up when he says he's going to turn up. Would highly recommend Ethan to anyone looking for the right person for the job.
Ethan was fantastic! Highly recommend. I contacted him in the morning regarding repairing my garage door and he was at my place the same day, everything fixed straight away! Amazing service! Thank you Ethan
Ethan was wonderful to deal with. Communication was always there and the day of installation was seamless. We have dealt with other roller door companies in cairns in the past and Ethan is hands down the best to deal with. Call him first and forget about the rest of them. 100% satisfied customer
Exceptional next-day service! Ethan provided excellent advice and went above and beyond to help. I’m extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend.
I had an old Boss Opener on my Steel-line door, decide to spit the chain off after the opener malfunctioned. I knew it wasn’t a DIY fix, so I got in touch with Ethan’s Garage Doors. I didn’t even consider any other company. He was highly rated and trusted for providing an efficient and professional service. I definitely made the right choice. He quickly organised a trip late in the day to assess my opener and suggest the best fix. He gave me a reasonable price for a new Merlin garage door opener and I accepted it. He did offer to fix the old Boss opener but it was 13 years old, so I thought it’d be better to have a new one installed. We were both quite busy, so we agreed to have him and his trusty offsider come Saturday afternoon. He is true to his word with everything, kept me updated regularly and showed up earlier than expected. Since the installation, I have only praise for Ethan’s service. My door is working better than ever. I highly recommended Ethan for all your garage repair and installation needs. In future, when I need a service on my garage door, Ethan will be my go-to man. Thank you Ethan and your offsider. You made a stressful situation become relaxing and peaceful. You deserve all the business you can get. 👍🏻🏆
Ethan provides excellent service and Great communication. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again!
