True to their word they arrived next afternoon after a few calls prior to ket mw know their movements. The issues with my door were clearly explained to me and options provided. Once my door motor was replaced they then advised that the door lubrication had been neglected (it was) so they offered a lubrication service to extend the life if my new motor, which I gladly accepted. Nothing was too nuch trouble for the tradesman that attended. Cannot fault the servuce provided. Highly recommend.
Impeccable service and communication. It was because of this that I chose to go with Ari even though his quote was slightly higher. It turns out that the motor the Ari installed was higher quality than the one originally quoted and yet Ari gave it to me for the quoted price. Incredibly happy with the entire process. Thanks Ari🤩
I can’t recommend Ari Garage Doors highly enough! After having three different garage door companies come to our house and still not fix the problem, I was honestly so frustrated. The door kept breaking, and no one seemed to identify the real issues. I called Ari late at night, and even then he was happy to send someone out straight away. We decided it could wait until the following morning, and from that point on the service was exceptional. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, professional and polite, and explained exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the pricing before any work started. They were incredibly thorough and picked up numerous issues that previous tradesmen had either missed or caused. Everything was repaired meticulously from start to finish, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about doing the job properly. It was such a relief to finally have our garage door fixed properly.
