Coastwide Garage Doors Gold Coast

Coastwide Garage Doors is a local, independent business based in Mermaid Waters. Established in 1997, it has over 25 years of local experience. The business is Australian operated and is fully licensed and insured. Joe is named as the contact person. Coastwide Garage Doors services the entire Gold Coast from Beenleigh and Ormeau down to Tweed Heads. It is an authorised Merlin dealer and offers a 7-year warranty on Merlin garage door motors.

Punctuality and responsiveness stand out across accounts of this Mermaid Waters operation, with Joe consistently named as the person who arrives when promised and answers queries quickly. A handful of customers describe work on garage door motors, including replacement and servicing, alongside repairs to doors that had been assumed to need full replacement. A recurring theme is honest assessment: reviewers note being told what was actually required rather than being sold a new door, with repairs extending the life of existing equipment for far less than the expected cost. Pricing is described as fair and frequently lower than other quotes obtained for comparable work, a point that comes up often.

The scope extends to access gates and new doors, including a bespoke barn-style double door, and customers remark on the care taken to match the product to the property. Tidiness, politeness and clear communication before and after each job are mentioned repeatedly, as is the speed of turnaround from quote to installation, sometimes within days. Joe is described as approachable, knowledgeable and willing to go beyond what was asked, and it is the combination of skilled workmanship and straightforward dealing that keeps customers returning for servicing and further properties.
