Jei came out on a Sunday for us and was professional and talked through all our options. We decided to go with a new unit after we confirmed the old one was broken and out of warranty. Jei was thorough, checked his work, and showed us everything we needed to know, and talked through warranty. Very happy with the product and the service. Especially the clarity around cost and options.
