We were recommended AUTOROLL by a friend and we could not be happier. The service from this business was just amazing. Kept us informed all the way. Communication was excellent. Installation by Chad was fast, neat and well organized. Would recommend them to anyone
Communication from/with the office was excellent also the text messages regarding anticipated time of arrival. Work carried out fully explained - have dealt with Autoroll for years; always great.
We received a competitive quote for our roller door replacement/installation. We accepted the quote and the roller door was ordered to be manufactured. It was ready in less than 6 weeks and was beautifully installed. Excellent communication and customer service. No complaints Installation location: Brahma Lodge, SA
I've seen this business firsthand work on my father's roller door. Over the years they have attended to servicing and repairs as needed but more importantly without hesitation leaving my father very happy. I had a minor emergency this morning, unable to open my panel lift door. Lindsay was fantastic to provide guidance and handy tips how to get to my cars that were trapped. In short, my regular Garage Door repairer was away, so she along with her husband Chad explained the process moving forward with replacement of the springs and cable. They were nothing short of Brilliant. Steve Prospect
I initially rang this company as the reviews were all very good. I was not disappointed. Everything from the first phone call, customer service, price, to the professional friendly guys that did the repairs were great. They had my roller door working well very quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
They returned my call promptly, and I had a service man at the door within the same day. The price was more than reasonable. I would sincerely recommend this company to all family and friends in the future. Well done to Belinda and Mitch and all others involved. Thankyou.
Just excellent in all respects. Family business with 20+ years experience. Flawless customer service from comms with the office staff all the way through to attendance on site. Found a solution for me that others didn't want to touch. Great people and a very fair value for money price for work done. Don't go anywhere else.
