Doormate Garage Systems

Called about a faulty garage door roller shutter. Ty arrived within half an hour. Excellent service!

Highly Recommend , So happy with shutters. From calling to organise a measure and quote till Installation they kept in contact. Luke, Wendy & Team good Job guys and Thankyou

Had a terrible moment last Friday morning when the garage door malfunctioned, the door came out of its guide, landed on the bonnet of the car and shorted out the motor. Got in touch with Luke from Doormate Garage Systems who came in less than an hour with Ky. They stabilised the door so we could get the car out. After discusion with Wendy from the office, sher arranged for Luke and Ky to come out just after lunch and they replaced the motor and serviced the existing door. Could not have been more happier or relieved after they completed the work. Happy to recommend Doormate Garage Systems of Bendigo for anybody who might need garage door attention. Very professional team

I backed the camper trailer into our roller door, it completely unravelled and was flapping like a blind. I phoned Door Mate, they were absolutely amazing. Popped out following day. I was expecting a quote for a full repair thinking I would need to make an insurance claim, instead they fixed it on the spot and invoiced me $150. Couldn’t believe, great service at an unbelievable price. Good people all around.

Excellent service and price. Easy communication and booking. Turned up on time and did the job well. Said they were happy to hear about any issues, if they arise.

The team is outstanding in every aspect, highly recommend for installing/manufacturing to your requirements. High quality finished product.

I went to Doormate's office in Ironstone Rd., Epsom last Tuesday in an effort to have a spring replaced in our garage door. To my amazement, they not only had a replacement available, but also were able to repair the door that afternoon. A big thank you to Luke, Wendy & Khai for their excellent service, it was most appreciated.
