I contacted Bendigo Door Centre hoping that someone could advise me about what to do but I did nor expect someone to actually be available for a service call of over an hours drive so close to Christmas. To my amazement and my great gratitude the young serviceman contacted me, arrived and spent a considerable time at my property fixing the puzzling problem. An honest review .. Bendigo Door Co. were easy to deal with from the start. They quoted quickly, had a short lead time, and our large garage opening wasn't an issue. Their pricing was competitive, and we've always had good experiences with B&D doors. When the first door was installed, I noticed noticeable rippling across the panels and pinching around some fixing points, (pic 3,4) so I raised my concerns. They acknowledged my concern, worked with B&D to replace the door, (pic 1,2) and the new one looks fantastic. They also returned to straighten a couple of brackets without hesitation. Admittedly should have been left correct the first time, However, what impressed me was their willingness to stand behind their work, accept responsibility where needed, and make sure we were happy with the finished product. That level of after-sales service is worth recognising, and I'd happily recommend them.

Door person was really good. Checked one of my door opener remotes for me as it wouldn’t work. Turns out it was broken. I had a spare one so all good. He did offer to sell me a new one but not needed this time.
