Rick came the same day. The garage door was not responding to remotes or the operate button on the motor. He got it going and replaced 2 of the remotes with new modern ones, reprogrammed everything. Tightened the chain, sprayed moving parts. Job done in 25 minutes. Much quieter but importantly working. Charged less than half the cost quoted by another mob to do a call out, and supplied remotes. Top bloke, honest and efficient. Really happy.
This is the second time we have reached out to Richard and once again, he provided excellent service. We had an issue with our garage door wall mount & the door was not operating properly.
