We had a problem today with the door jammed in the upright position following manual release in the morning to assist in some painting works and after trying several times to reengage in the automatic position unsuccessfully I called Kangaroo Garage doors seeking assistance. I was immediately answered even though it was after hours and quickly put in touch with a technician .The technician was able to provide step by step instructions on an after hours call remotely and within 5- 10 mins the door was reset and working with remote control operation . This was all part of the service I was told as a customer of Kangaroo Doors , great service and much appreciated , and would recommend this company for garage doors and related automation service and installation.
KangarooGD did a fantastic job on my garage door. I initially reached out for a repair after contacting multiple companies. It turned out the existing motor was no longer functional. The team quickly provided an alternative solution, installing a shutter door instead. We replaced a sidewall roller door with a shutter, which has given us more usable space and a far more reliable system overall.
