The business employs qualified technicians and guarantees all its work 100%. It has a spare parts and accessories store with over 3000 items and an interactive showroom. It specialises in design and construct projects and DIY projects. The business supports local sport and fund-raising in Townsville.

Prompt, helpful service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Townsville team, with repairs and installations handled quickly and professionally. Billy had a roller door problem sorted within hours of a morning call, while Jack arrived on time for garage door damage and completed the work to a high standard. Pat and his team are described as prompt and thorough, finishing jobs efficiently and cleaning up afterwards. Customers writing about their orders describe staff as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, explaining the installation process in plain language and offering free advice on maintaining electronic gate openers and remotes.

The business also handles security gates and cameras, and one reviewer notes the technicians went beyond the brief by reprogramming old remotes and touching up paint. Warranty support is another point that comes up often, with a faulty opener resolved without extra charge. Work spans garage doors, roller doors, electronic gate openers, air conditioning and security systems, and the team's willingness to offer guidance on home security is appreciated by new residents.
