We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Craig and Tori. They were honest, punctual, and highly professional from start to finish. Craig could easily have told me that I needed a new roller door motor, but instead, his honesty and integrity really shone through. Rather than replacing it unnecessarily, he repaired and serviced the existing motor and also put the roller door back on its tracks. We are extremely impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. Don’t bother with any of the other companies that come up on google - you won’t get the service. Tori & Craig from Northside Roller Doors are local and were absolutely fantastic! Craig came for the first inspection at exactly the time he said he would, he explained the issue in a way I could understand (but still technical enough that I could cross-reference with my husband, and it made sense to him too). We were in the middle of moving house with 5 kids and he worked around the boxes & junk in the garage with no issues at all! When we realised a month later that we’d accidentally packed the new garage door remotes and taken them to new house, they were ready to head back out there with replacements for the new owners in a heartbeat - such great service! This is the company to choose, for sure.

For Starters Craig showed up 5minutes early. I cannot stress how many tradies I deal with who show up late, and do not care enough to phone. New build house, garage roller door has been extremely noisy when opening and closing the the door. Craig easily fixed the issue.
