Perfect Windows & Doors

Perfect Windows & Doors is an Australian-owned company that has been based in Ballarat since 2005. It manufactures uPVC windows and doors in Ballarat, Victoria. The company works with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers. Its products include IDEAL 2000® Windows, IDEAL 4000® Windows, Entry or French Doors, Vario-Slide Doors, and Smart-Slide Doors. It uses aluplast IDEAL 2000® German-engineered profile systems and Australia's only V-Perfect welding technology. It offers delivery and back-up service across Victoria.

Perfect Windows & Doors has built a mixed reputation across Ballarat for window and door work, with reviewers frequently mentioning the warmth and helpfulness of Robyn, who handles enquiries about windows and doors with enthusiasm and answers detailed product questions over the phone. Several customers describe the finished glazing and door fabrication as flawless, and one long-standing client returning on multiple occasions notes the workmanship and fair pricing met expectations each time. Friendly service is a recurring theme, from the first call through to the completed job, and the business supplies and installs windows and doors for homes across the district.

Less complimentary accounts describe poor communication on screen door orders, delays stretching over months, incorrect sizing on arrival and rails that were discussed but initially missing. Draughts through newly double glazed windows and below-standard design and fitment were also reported. A point that comes up often is that pricing matches other local suppliers rather than undercutting them. The experiences split between customers who value the personal attention, especially from Robyn, and owners whose installation work fell short of what was promised in communication, sizing and efficiency.
