Would not recommend them at all. I have been chasing a damage report for 7 months to be able to submit a claim on insurance. Every time I call l am promised someone will get back to me and they don’t - I have called over 20 times and also emailed them. Very unprofessional.

They performed a full inspection and quickly found it was just a minor issue. There was no charge for the service call, and the technician informed me that my garage door opener has been discontinued. When it’s time for a replacement, I’ll definitely choose Precision Garage Doors—and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.

My experience with Precision Garage Doors has been appalling, disgusting and absolutely outrageous. I was charged over $1,400 for after-hours “repairs” that were both unnecessary and ineffective—the garage door was still broken afterwards. No invoice was provided within the promised 48 hours, and when I raised concerns, it took nearly a week to get even a token call back with no resolution. For the past six weeks, I have called repeatedly, asking every single time to speak with a manager. Not once has a manager contacted me. Instead, I’ve been fobbed off with excuses about “contacting the technician,” which is ridiculous given the amount of time that has already passed. What is required here is a direct discussion with a manager to resolve this issue—and their refusal to provide even that demonstrates extreme NEGLIGENCE. In the meantime, another company has fixed the door properly: professional, prompt, and transparent—everything Precision Garage Doors failed to be. I have escalated this to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs, and am considering VCAT to address their blatant misconduct. This company is unprofessional, negligent, and exploitative. I strongly warn others to avoid them at all costs.

Precision doors and particularly Danny who came to fix our garage door was excellent. Danny let us know what could be done, was very honest and not pushy at all. He was confident he could fix it, which he did and works great. He also let us know what the cost would be before starting the job and they also came when they said they would. Would highly recommend Danny and Precision to anyone who needs servicing/ repair work to their garage door. Thank you !
