I call him for a repairs, he said I will come this afternoon. Sent him the problem and my address, all day waited, sent him a sms and ask "when will be coming?" No answer. Not a great customer service. Also before that my son called him before me, over the weekend ,same thing. By the way we called him without knowing that the company is the same. Do not waste your time with this company.

I had Paul replace the motor for my garage door and was satisfied with the job. After 8 months one of the remotes stopped working. Because Paul did not provide a receipt i was quite upset. However after some back and forth he helped me to rectify the problem and I was able to acquire a new remote from the brand.
