Safe & Secure Garage Doors - Ballarat

I did my own research to replace our Garage door. I happened to see an ad done by Darren from Safe and secure Garage doors and was very impressed with what he had to say. I contacted them with my inquiry. An appointment was booked in promptly for Darren to come out to give us a quote. Darren is a complete gentleman man and service like this is so very rare in this day and age. He measured up and we went into his van and he showed us colours, styles and explained the product so throughly that we were sold! No hesitation in referring Safe and Secure Garage Doors. They will look after you!! Thanks Darren Arleen and Wayne

From the very beginning with the quote to installation i have received outstanding customer service (very rare these days)and now have a Fantastic Roller door. Thanks to the whole team!

Highly reccomend the team at B&D! Every single staff member I spoke to/worked with was super professional and helpful. I was very impressed with the sort of mobile showroom full of physical samples of garage door styles and colours they brought when first coming out to give me a quote and take measurements. Rikki in particular was super helpful and thorough with organising things over the phone and keeping me updated on the ordering and installation! Super psyched to finally have an automatic garage door, they did a fantastic job!

Efficient & polite & great product description making purchase simple & straightforward. Darren was extremely helpful, much appreciated.

I was very impressed with Darren and his team in the installation of a roller garage door for my home. Darren’s communication was exceptional and the job was performed quickly and without mess. Another bonus was that the quote was the cheapest I received. I would definitely recommend Darren and his team to friends and family.

Mike and co-worker were fantastic, personable and experts in their field. Felt very looked after and reassured. Great pricing too.

Mike from B & D arrived in the mobile showroom and parked in front of the “garage in need of some love”. The showroom was the “ perfect office” to explore the range of colours and designs that B & D offered. The ‘hands - on’ experience of the mobile showroom made it very clear as to what my choices were. Our garage was in for a treat!! I received the quotes immediately and was very impressed with Mike’s professionalism. I also highly recommend working with the garage door visualiser on the B & D website in conjunction with viewing the actual product samples. Great experience!!
