From the phone call to the workmanship the whole process was excellent with no one speaking to you sharply or non helpfully. A great experience from start to finish.

My garage door was installed today with a faulty motor. The technicians themselves were great to deal with and tried their best to fix it but the motor is determined faulty and the garage does not operate. After chasing up the service department myself I was called back by a worker who only offered a service technician 5 days later. This means i have a brand new door that doesn't lock for 5 days, a serious security concern. She mentioned one technician was unavailable, one on leave and one on sick leave. It has certainly made us feel abandoned as customers. They required full payment the day before but we don't have a product that works. Disappointed. Wish I read reviews before booking this company. UPDATE: It's important to acknowledge when a company makes their best efforts to rectify a fault. After speaking with a senior manager, a technician was sent out promptly and the door was fixed. This is the kind of service you'd hope for. Much appreciated.

We are very happy with the Steel Line Garage Door experience from beginning to end.Matt How consultant for Sasha Sales person was very helpful providing us with all the information we required and many colour design options for us to consider before we proceeded. Considering that our existing door was very old, it presented some difficulty with the removal but the installers were fantastic and took their time to ensure that was done correctly before installing the new door. Highly recommend Matt and the Steel Line Garage door team and product.

Had a self inflicted issue with my garage door around Christmas. The office was open but the technicians were all on break. The office put me through to Matt Todd from their sales team and he was able to come and have a look. He really went above and beyond to help me get it working and safe when I thought the whole thing would need replacing. Exceptional service!

Disgusting customer service. My wife had arrange for them to come back to our house to get our roller door checked out. When they installed the roller door there was a major defect. My wife called them up at many occasions. They were supposed to come out last week but apparently he called in sick then was arranged Thursday and was a no show. Absolutely a joke. Been calling up every day since then and there response was “they will arrange someone else to call you back”, but never happens. As business owners we know that leaving a bad review is a negative impact and I hope you learn from this

This garage company is a joke 😂. A brand new installed door, made several calls in the passed 3 month still can't get installer come back for commission. Maybe because they just pay their contractor so little just as their contractor Michael said.Thats why the installer don't want come back. One lady in the office is a master of deception. Tell me booked in and call the next week to follow up other guy says not booked at all.
