Absolutely fast to come out and quote we were happy with their price We went ahead paid out a deposit that was in October now hit February just got out of deposit this week. returned to us. If you want to deal with a company that never returns phone calls never answers them and completely avoids any questions. This is the place for you. If you’d like to pay your deposit and then have no product 4 months later, this is also the place for you If you like excuse after excuse as to why there’s been no returned phone call or email and this is okay with you then go ahead. I’m sure their service is fantastic. BUYER BEWARE

Unfortunately the communication Is poor ..no call backs nor answering calls..If you are busy I understand but please let customers know so they can source other companies.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have had with any business. You call multiple times, they don't answer, you leave voice messages as instructed, they never call back! After having our door 'serviced' and 'fixed', there were many issues where it just wouldn't work properly, we hadn't had these issues up until this point. They visited a second time (after many many call attempts again) to rectify the issue, where the issue was not resolved. They booked in to come again at an agreed time, and decided not to show, no call, no message nothing. Very frustrating considering we had to adjust our work and family commitments for a no show. After a further 6 call attempts and 2 messages later to ask why they didn't show, they finally answered but with no explanation of not showing up or calling back as they say they will. When you pay for a particular service, you'd expect that it would be fulfilled, this was absolutely not the case here. Will never use this business again and I implore others to be very weary as well.

The service from Troy was outstanding. Timely, listened to what we wanted, advised, delivered a top quality product.
