Highly recommend! Ben did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue I had with my garage motor. Very professional service, reasonably priced and punctual. Get behind this small business rather than getting ripped off by the big guys. Thanks again Ben.
Ben is so responsive and a great communicator! Like everyone else, I’m sure, we woke up to garage door we could t get out of - and he was there in a flash! So grateful for his exceptional customer service and speediness 🙌Thanks Ben
We would recommend Ben for any garage door maintenance and or repairs. He’s truly a friendly professional; no question was seen to be trivial. Ben shared his knowledge to us, ensuring that we had a good understanding of get the best out of our panel lift door that Ben has managed to strengthen and then proceeded to install the new (vastly more reliable) drive belt motor. We can’t recommend him more highly. Thanks again Ben
After waiting 24 hours for another company to not respond, I called Ben and he arrived within the hour. He gave us a temporary fix and later that day confirmed a time and day to permanently fix the garage door. It's never sounded or worked better. It was an easy, smooth and seamless transaction. Ben is a good professional and very helpful. Five stars, thoroughly recommend.
Our garage door stopped working after coming into contact with an object. Ben did some trouble shooting over the phone, then talked and guided me through a complete reset. Now working perfectly. Absolute legend. We will be using The Garage Door Doctor from now on, and recommend him to our friends. Brilliant service. Thank you so much. Thoroughly recommend.
Just had Ben out to repair and service a large garage door that was having issues. Ben took the time to figure out what the issues were and then strengthened the door and brackets, ensuring it would work properly. It's now smooth and quiet and operating better than when it was new. I highly recommend calling him. Great business, great guy and great price too. Thanks!
